This may or may not happen for an order outside of the United States. We ship our orders through UPS (unless you upgrade your shipping). UPS delivers the package to your local postal carrier. Your local post office is then responsible for the final delivery of the order.


Occasionally, an order will either be marked as "Delivered", or the tracking will stop once the order reaches your country. For these orders, you will need to receive a second local tracking number. We will be able to reach out to UPS by request and get you a second tracking number if necessary. You can reach us though our Help Desk by submitting a ticket.
