Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business from the time you place your order.


Because we ship through fulfillment partners all over the world, we rely on local mail networks to update their tracking details to global tracking systems. Because of this, many orders are well on their way before the tracking numbers can be tracked.


With this in mind, your order may not be available for tracking for 7-10 days after you receive confirmation it shipped. 


Once you receive your tracking number, and it has become active, you may track it here.


If you have any issues, or can't track it two weeks after you placed the order, please submit a ticket.
